Return & Refund Policy
You have 15 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in the same condition as when it was delivered
- Not have been used beyond what is necessary to check its nature, features, and functionality
- Include all original tags, accessories, and packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items
Please check your order upon receipt.
If the product is defective, damaged, or does not match your order, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and provide a suitable solution at no additional cost to you.
Items Excluded from Returns
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Perishable items
- Personal hygiene or care items once unsealed
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
If you have any questions about a specific product, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different product, you must return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
If your order is shipped to an EU country, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason, according to current regulations.
This right is subject to the same conditions stated above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from approval
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund.
